Frequently Asked
Questions
-
What does joint leasing mean?
Each resident is on the same, joint lease contract. This means that everyone is jointly responsible for the entire installment of rent, and we do not do roommate matching. The lease contract lists the full installment of rent, and it is the resident’s responsibility to divide it up and pay the installment.
-
What are rental installments? Why is my rent not prorated?
To simplify the billing process your total rent for the term is divided into equal installments, due on the first of each month during your residence.
Installment amounts are always equal and never prorated. If you move in after the first of the month or move out before the last day of the month you will still pay the full equal installment for that month.
-
